Either Prince Harry Lied, or He & Meghan Made the Worst Mistake of Their Lives
- The coronavirus lockdown allowed Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to enjoy a relatively peaceful start to their new life in Los Angeles.
- As the lockdown loosens, they’re beginning to experience what celebrity life in Hollywood is really like.
- A privacy screen for the garden purchased from Walmart isn’t going to cut it.
It’s stunning that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle actually tried to sell the narrative that they stepped down from their royal duties because they couldn’t take the media pressure.
But let’s pretend for a moment that fleeing the U.K. for Hollywood to avoid the paparazzi isn’t a hilarious claim. Imagine if the couple actually did abandon Britain in search of freedom and a “normal” life among the sociopaths and fake people of Los Angeles.
How do you think they’d be feeling about that life-altering decision now?
Did Meghan Markle & Prince Harry make the worst decision of their lives?

Sure, the first few weeks probably went by without a hitch. Warmer weather, a free mansion to live in, and all they had to do was take part in a couple of video calls.
I mean, it doesn’t even look as though Prince Harry has combed his hair since arriving stateside. He’s lucky the media haven’t been hounding him.
There’s a problem, though. All of that that was during the coronavirus lockdown. Of course there have been no media! The paparazzi have been locked up in their houses like the rest of us.
But times change.
The lockdown is loosening, and the U.S. media are coming back out to play
This is where the new problems begin.
We’ve seen reports that the “privacy-conscious” couple had to change cars twice since arriving in the U.S., just to throw paparazzi off their trail.
Even more disturbing, hikers can peer into the $18 million mansion where Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are shacking up rent-free.
Photos of Prince Harry playing with his dog in the garden have already surfaced. It looks like these shots were taken by a drone or a helicopter.
Same story, different ending
Just a little over a year ago, a paparazzi news agency chartered a helicopter to take snaps of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s home in Oxfordshire.
Within five months, a British court had awarded the couple “significant damages” and admonished the media company for its actions.
Will they enjoy the same privacy protections in the U.S.? It’s not likely.
In Britain, the couple received relatively preferable treatment from the police. The royal family is a national institution, and they are treated differently than other run-of-the-mill celebrities.
In the U.S., Meghan Markle and Harry aren’t just regular celebrities. They’re Z-list celebrities.
Want to complain about a drone taking photos of you with your hair looking a riot and you wearing the same shirt you’ve worn for the past three weeks? Join the long line of crying celebs at the door, please.
There are far bigger and more influential names who’ll be prioritized by the authorities.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are learning what it’s really like to be on your own
That’s why the couple has had to go it alone and erect a ridiculously pathetic screen fence. I mean, seriously – that’s the best they can do?
It looks like the $50 screen I put up in my garden to stop the neighbor’s kid from harassing my dog.
It’s amazing what life is like when you don’t have the British police on speed dial and an army of highly-trained, ex-military security officers on your daddy’s payroll.
Suddenly, you’re doing your security shopping at Walmart and hiring the local handyman to put up your fence.
It’s a good thing privacy was never a part of Meghan Markle’s plan.
