Ariana Grande & 6ix9ine Aren’t Enemies – They’re Just 2 Entitled Millennials

  • Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine accused Billboard of manipulating the charts with Ariana Grande and Justin Beiber’s latest single.
  • Grande responded, claiming he’s trying to discredit women. 6ix9ine responded by saying she doesn’t “understand my pain.”
  • Both artists are acting like babies and need to grow up.

Famous millionaires just can’t seem to get a break. Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine called out Arianna Grande, Justin Bieber, and Billboard for “manipulating the charts” with their latest single “Stuck With You.”

The Brooklyn rapper accused the two artists, or their teams, of paying off Billboard to eclipse the top spot on the Hot 100 charts. Ariana Grande responded, and that’s when things went off the rails.

In the most millennial turn ever, they started bickering over who’s had a harder life. Grande claimed she was victimized because of her gender. 6ix9ine claims he’s had a rough life because he had to work jobs when he was younger.

Newsflash: you’re both millionaires, and we don’t feel sorry for either of you.

6ix9ine Fires Shots At Justin Beiber and Grande

6ix9ine released an Instagram video where accusing Billboard of “manipulating the charts” in exchange for payment.

I [would] be real disappointed if Billboard gets paid for No. 1s [and] manipulates the charts.

He wonders,

How can an artist that works hard get number one?

He said that Ariana Grande and Justin Beiber’s song “Stuck With You” jumped from number 5 to number 1 at the last minute, passing his single “GOOMBA.”

Last night, which is completely illegal, last night, last second, like last hour ‘Stuck with U’ by Ariana Grande submits 60,000 units completely out of nowhere. This is the forecast they sent every label. It puts Ariana Grande with “Stuck with U” at 43.7 which jumps 12 points, they went from fifth place to first place out of nowhere. “GOOBA” never jumps to No. 1 but Ariana jumps from No. 5 to No. 1?

He made another video claiming that Grande & Beiber’s last-minute boost was fraudulent. 6ix9ine says that 30,000 units (of the 60,000 quoted above) were purchased by six credit cards.

This is excellent detective work from the guy who just got out of prison. It’s also a plea from an entitled millennial who feels like someone should just hand him success.

Ariana Grande Plays the Victim, Too

Ariana Grande wasn’t having 6ix9ine’s whiny excuse for his chart position. In true millennial fashion, she sends a response that looks like a toddler typed it.

u can not discredit this as hard as u try.

She then makes it about gender:

To anybody that is displeased with their placement on the chart this week or who is spending their time racking their brain thinking of as many ways as they can to discredit hardworking women (and only the women for some reason…..) i ask u to take a moment to humble yourself. be grateful you’re even here.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the song in question is equally Justin Beiber’s. As far as I know, he still qualifies as “male.”

6ix9ine is a troll, and his behavior doesn’t revolve around gender. He trolled rapper Meek Mill last week. He’s even trolled rap icons (and men) Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent.

Ariana Grande’s gender copout, quite frankly, makes her sound more guilty. And let’s not forget that she made the song in question to get her fans to fork charity money when she has more cash than any of us.

But it doesn’t end there, as 6ix9ine tried to out-do her in the ‘poor-me’ sweepstakes.

Which Rich Person Has it the Hardest?

In an Instagram video post, 6ix9ine said Ariana Grande was a “beautiful singer,” but “you don’t understand my pain.”

He said his mom had to collect cans, and he had to bus tables.

I’m sorry… you had to bus tables?

Are you saying your life was difficult because you had to work at Applebee’s? There are millions of Americans who work in the foodservice industry who understand your pain quite well, 6ix9ine.

You might not understand their pain because they’re currently out of work, while you’re complaining about being the third most popular artist in the country.

6ix9ine snitched on his friends, got out of jail early, and now he’s complaining about his chart position. (Hint: maybe make music that more people like).

Ariana Grande, whose team probably did manipulate her sales, tried to blame it on her gender.

Both of these artists are clearly children who need to grow up. And if you care about this drama, then maybe you do too
